  • PDF purchases are non-refundable. All sales of digital PDF files are final.

2.1. Takealot Account & Leadtime Activation Service

Refunds for the Takealot Account & Leadtime Activation service will only be considered if:

  • The account was not successfully registered on Takealot, or the leadtime was not activated as per the agreed timeline.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The account was successfully registered or leadtime activated.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information required for registration.
  • The service was already initiated or completed.

2.2. All-In-One Account Management Service

Refunds for our All-in-One Account Management service will only be considered if:

  • The service did not meet the agreed terms and deliverables, such as successful product listings, performance tracking, or inventory management.
  • We failed to manage your account as described, or deliver on monthly updates and strategies.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You did not follow our guidance or instructions, resulting in underperformance.
  • The service was already initiated or completed.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@savontisolutions.co.za with the following details:

  • Your order confirmation or invoice.
  • The reason for your refund request, aligned with the service conditions mentioned above.
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence (e.g., screenshots, communication history, etc.).

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue by contacting our customer support team. All disputes will be thoroughly reviewed, and a resolution will be provided within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices. Updates will be posted on the website with the revised effective date.
